Action School of Real Estate, Inc. is a real estate school in Springfield, Missouri, designed to offer you the best quality of Real Estate related instruction for the purpose of licensing available.  Action School of Real Estate, Inc. was incorporated in November 1983.   LaVern Kohl, the School Administrator, has accreditations which include: B.S.,  Master's and Specialist's degrees in Business. In the field of real estate, LaVern has completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) course and the Certified Real Estate Brokerage manager's (CRB) course. He also was a former Associate Professor in the School of Business at MSU and is a licensed Broker. 

Action School of Real Estate, Inc., is fully accredited by the (MREC) Missouri Real Estate Commission, as a real estate school to teach pre-license courses for sales persons and brokers, and also continuing education courses. At this time we offer only correspondence courses:  Hard Copy and Online.  We provide services without regard to race, color, sex, religion, national origin, handicap, or familial status.  We look forward to introducing you to the rewarding and fascinating world of real estate.

Upon enrollment, we will provide you with a text book, state law booklet, a course outline and the application for the test.  The book(s) may be picked up or we can mail them to you.  If you should withdraw from a course we will, upon written request, refund 50% of the unearned tuition per student contract; or in lieu thereof, of timely written application, allow you to complete the remaining protion of the course within six months - otherwise you will forfeit the tuition.  We use the same text book for both sales and brokers courses.  The Missouri Real Estate Commission (MREC) states that broker applicants must have two years of active experience as a salesperson and must complete an accredited 48-hour course before taking the broker examination.

You must pass a school exam prior to receiving your certificate.  If you should fail the test, you can re-test without any extra fees and you have six months from your enrollment date to finish.  Every effort will be made to ensure that you will pass.
