Below are the dates and times for our Day Classes (i.e. in-classroom classes)

Class Times

The Missouri Pre-license course and the Missouri Real Estate Practice course (MREP) are held each scheduled day from 8AM-4:30PM.  The last day of each 48 hour course is test day - the test is given at 1:30PM on the last day of the 48-hour Missouri Pre-license class.  That day is in bold for each month.

2008 Continuing Education

Our continuing education classes are scheduled in such a fashion as to be as accommodating as possible for our students.  There are four classes students must take to complete their continuing education requirements: "Property Management" (Core), "the Real Estate Investor's Tax Guide", "Red Flags Property Inspection Guide", and "Mortgage Fraud & Predatory Lending."  We offer all four courses in a convenient two-day Friday/Saturday class or in four evening Monday/Tuesday classes spread across two consecutive weeks.  Also, classes offered on each day alternate with consecutive months to allow students to take half of the classes one day and the rest of the classes on the same days of the following month.
