The Action School of Real Estate, Inc., has been accredited by the Missouri Real Estate Commission to conduct courses of education in real estate subjects to qualify applicants for licensure examination.
The following steps are necessary to obtain a salesperson license in Missouri:
- 1. Meet educational requirement of 72 classroom hours for salesperson (48 hours of pre-license sales class and 24 hours of Missouri Real Estate Practice (MREP) course.

The following steps are necessary to obtain a broker license in Missouri: - 1. Meet educational requirement of 48 course hours for broker. You must have an active salesperson license for a period of two years before you can apply for a brokers license.

Correspondence Courses Hard Copy Correspondence: Action School offers correspondence courses for both salespeople, brokers and (MREP) Missouri Real Estate Practice Course. Correspondence courses give you the flexibility to study at YOUR own pace and fit study time into YOUR schedule. Online Action School of Real Estate is also certified by ARELLO and the (MREC) Missouri Real Estate Commission to provide online pre-license sales classes, (MREP) Missouri Real Estate Practice Course and Continuing Educaton courses for license renewal.
